►INKPROOF PAPER. We selected 100GSM ivory paper from ecological woods to fit in our products. It's smooth when writing and it's ink-proof, as we know how much these features matter to handwriting lovers.

►UNIQUE QUICK SEARCH SYSTEM. Apart from numerated pages, we allocated a whole bunch of quick search functions such as indented monthly tabs, easy-track corners and bookmarks to help you find any wanted page. Definitely a boost to your productivity!

• How do I check my order status?

A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section.

• Can I change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?

Unfortunately no. However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.

• What to do in case of wrong/defective product?

In case that you receive wrong or defective product, Poprun will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service.You’ll then be contacted in order to organize parcel expedition, at no extra cost.
