A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.

Please note: Orders are only processed during working days (9:00a.m. - 6:30p.m., GMT+8). Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.
