In order to bring exquisite writing and user experience to our users, we chose exclusively FSC-certified acid-free ivory paper from 80g/㎡to 100g/㎡were to match different kinds of notebooks or diaries. Repeated writing tests were also taken place to ensure that each piece of paper is suitable for writing and ink resistance. Cover materials, whether made of vegan PU leather or crusty paper have been carefully selected, their skin-like texture makes them a pleasure to feel.

Q: What to do in case of a wrong/defective product?

A: In case you receive a wrong or defective product, POPRUN will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.

Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service. You’ll then be contacted in order to organize a parcel expedition, at no extra cost. Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies with our return policy. Please note that damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds.

Refunds are processed within 14 days and are made, by default, using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.

Q: I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

A: Please note that orders placed during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) are processed within 3 working days, while delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method. Other unpredictable incidents, such as wars/riots/natural disasters/pandemics may also affect the timing of delivery.

Since deliveries are not made during the weekend or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.
