In order to bring an exquisite writing and using experience to our users, we chose exclusively FSC certified acid-free ivory paper from 80g/㎡to 100g/㎡were to match different kinds of notebooks or diaries. Repeated writing tests were also taken place to ensure that each piece of paper is suitable for writing and ink resistant. Cover materials, whether made of vegan PU leather or crusty paper have been carefully selected, their skin-like texture makes them a pleasure to feel on.

As for internal page functions, we distinguish daily diaries from weekly and monthly diaries to meet the different demands. Classic design and concise function settings are two essential elements that work just well together.

All papers used for POPRUN products come from FSC-certified sustainable forests. Every notebook produced, a new sapling planted in the native woods. Cover materials of our products have also passed REACH certification (an European standard on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). From production to final use, we require our products to implement the green concept in line with the highest standards.

Q:How do you control the quality?

A:We do leak test for 3times before packing.

Q: How do I check my order status?

A: A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.

Q: Can I change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?

A: Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is placed.

However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.
