for Dental Metal Easy Using

VITA color opaque powder D2 is new ceramic material for dental metal use. Opaque

powder D2 will be used after first fired washing opaque, helping to cover the color of

washing opaque or the color of metal. You can use this opaque powder D2 once or twice

to build the framework, depanding on the labs technicans. Even you can use this opaque

powder D2 directly withour washing opaque when you useNiCr porcelain with Be.Now

a lot of labs choose our paste opaque instead of others, because of the good quality and

color. You will be surprised at the quite prefect bonding strength of this paste opaque.

The Firing Schedule of Opaque Powder D2:

1. Preheat Temp: 600℃

2. Drying Time: 2 min

3. Heat Time: 6 min

4. Final Temp: 930℃

5. Holding Time: 1 min

6. Vacuum Start: 600℃

7. Vacuum Time: 6 min

The Characteristics of Dental Opaque Powder D2:
