VITA 3D Master Color Dental Material 3R2.5

for Dental Alloy 7.5g per Bottle

VITA 3D master color paste opaque 3R2.5 is new ceramic material for dental alloy of our

factory. 3D master color paste opaque 3R2.5 will be used after first fired washing opaque,

helping to cover the color of washing opaque or the color of metal. You can print this 3D

master color 3R2.5 paste opaque once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. Even you

can print this 3R2.5 paste opaque directly withour washing opaque when you use nickel

chrome porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our paste opaque instead of

others, because of the good quality and color. You will be surprised at the quite prefect

bonding strength of this paste opaque.

The Firing Schedule of VITA Color Paste Opaque 3R2.5 :

1. Preheat Temp: 600℃

2. Drying Time: 6 min

3. Heat Time: 6 min

4. Final Temp: 930℃

5. Holding Time: 1 min

6. Vacuum Start: 600℃

7. Vacuum Time: 6 min

The Characteristics of VITA Color Paste Opaque 3R2.5:

  1. Cover the color of metal quite well, no yellowrish.
  1. No bubbles and cracks on the surface of opaque after firing.
  1. Very easy for using, especially for new staff.
  1. Prefect bonding strength of porcelain fused to alloy or washing opaque.
