We have modern porcelain production lines , workshops including raw material workshop , green body shapping workshop , firing workshop , test and inspection workshop, final packing and stock workshop.

There are total 3 production lines:

1) 1 line for station post insulators , products used for up to 1000kV Substations .

2) 1 line for transmission line insulators which including suspension insulators up to 300kN insulators

and distribution line insulators which including line post insulators , pin type insulators shackle insulators etc.

3) 1 line for hollow insulators , which including transformer bushing insulators , SF6 breaker insulators , surge arrester bushings etc.

we also have a HV test lab , we can conduct type test on certain insulators , which including mechanical & electrical tests .
