1 tension load test with applied mechanical strength 80kN withstand for 1 minute
2 flashover test , to sort the unqualified product out .
after routine test , we will also do sample test on each batch to be sure the related batch of product are qualified . test items including : dimensions check , thermal shock test ,zinc thickness test on metal fittings , combined electrical & mechanical test , puncture test etc.
