suspension insulators have below advanced charactors :

1 the insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C130 , glaze color grey , brown or white ,or customer's specification .

2 we produce metal fittings for example metal cap with density ductile iron ,every pieces of cap are tested qualified with magnetic powder method . we produce metal pins with material of forged steel .

all the metal fittngs covered a layer of hot-dip zinc coating .

3 we tested each piece of insulators by routine test , test items shown below :

​ routine tension load strength test , which will apply 50% of rate mechanical strength withstand 1 minutes .

routine flashover test , will check each piece of insulators one by one , to sort defect unit out.
4 we will test each batch of insulators by sample test , the test items including :
visual and dimensional check , temperature cycle test , M&E failing load test , puncture test , galvanization thickness test etc.
