Description:

HIVOLT line post insulators choose high quality materials for parts :

1 Metal Caps the cap use high density ductile iron or malleable iron ,every pieces test qualified after magnetic powder inspection . the top clamps made of high density cast aluminum alloy which are suitable for conductor size 0.25” to 2.7” ..

Both cap and assembly bolt are hot galvanized , zinc thickness meet related IEC and ASTM standard requirement

2 Porcelain the insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C120 or C130 , It depends on different mechanical requirement . the porcelain surface covered a layer of hard and shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white .

3 Cement excellent Portland cement make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and the quality more reliable .

Applications:

Suitable for transmission lines up to 138KV etc. The insulator can be used as vertical or horizontal , the insulator top can be porcelain tie top or with aluminum clamps .
