Specifications:

This type of 110kV hollow core insulator is used for 110kV SF6 breakers .

​insulator color can be white , light grey or brown . it is very pupular in Russia market.

Min. leakage distance is 2850mm

​Max. angular deviation of fixing holes between top and bottom fittings : 0.5°

Min. cantilever load : 20kN (4x90°)

Min. water pressure : 5Mpa withstand 5 min.

Routine bending load : 14kN withstand 10 s

​Workable temperature range : -50℃~+50℃

The flange material on both end of insulator is aluminum alloy ,

Portland cement used for insulator assembly , cement type : 525#
