quality products are the firm base for a growing company . We focus on the insulators quality ,and make strictly controlment from below aspects:

1) Raw material is the critical base of qualified insulators. firstly , we must select high quality raw material ; both chemical and physical inspection will be conducted on all type of raw materials .

After incoming inspection , the qualified raw material will be marked and stored seperately forfuther production .the unqualified material is doomed to be rejected.

2) We have a technical & inspection center .There are more than 40 experiencend inspectors working for the whole manufacturing process to check hundreds 　of control points from raw material、 ball mill 、shaping、 drying、 glazing、 fire、final product assembly,test, packing etc.

It monitors, records, analyzes and evaluates 　technological parameters to finalize process quality analysis reports. After the basic datas collection ,we can easily know the whole process status , and take promptly action on some defect or mistake correction . All those controlment make us sure the final product are very qualified .

3) During the quality controlment process ,we must be sure all measuring and testing equipment, which is used in manufacture, control and inspection are valid . so all those equipment must be calibrated periodically.

4) Another good way to control insulator quality is marking . it can make all process trackable . we mark all the manufacturing process points on product ,from the mud stud to packing .

you can know clearly know the information that who is the operator for shaping & galzing etc.,and also the firing date , lot No, etc.

if some defect happend , we can easily track reason . we improve qualified rate continuously through those controlment , because all stuffs must be responsible for their work .

5) For each kiln , some experienced workers must do prosity test and porcelain profile analysis to be sure the porcelain is fired properly .

We are strictly comply with test procedure doing related tests , for example, each insulators must be routine tested , sample tests must be done on each lot against different Standards such as IEC, ANSI, BS etc.

6) We have a researching center , which can design insulators according to customers specfication or requirements. The engineers are also keeping researching the ways to make whole process steable , and make our factory improving continuously.

7) We strictly comply with ISO9001 :2008,and still go forward with quality improving . Our target is to supply qualified insulator all over the world.
