1. Do you have a matching set?

A: Yes, we will provide batteries, inverters, solar panels, installation tools, and a set including solar panel accessories and installation brackets. Customers can directly install and use them upon receiving them.

2. How is this set used and what is the principle?

A: Yes, the battery cell is lithium iron phosphate. We only produce brand new product A, and the factory does not produce product B (dismantled/recycled batteries, characterized by fewer cycles, short service life, unstable quality but cheaper price) or cascade batteries.

4. How many years is the warranty? What are the number of cycles?

Answer: The warranty is 3 years, with 5000+cycles, and can be used for about 10 years.

5. Is your wall mounted battery system off the grid?

A: We can do off grid (which can be used separately from the grid and can be complementary to generators, wind energy, hydropower, etc.), grid connected (which can be connected to the grid and sold), and hybrid grid system (which can be switched between off grid and grid connected). The specific choice depends on the customer's needs.

6. What is your price?

A: It depends on how you make the order. The price I am currently offering you is 1.4/KWH. If it is a bulk order, the price will be adjusted based on the quantity.

7. What is the maximum degree you can achieve?

A: We have our own standard product, 3/5/10KWH, which is currently the most in demand for home storage systems in foreign countries. We can overlay the specific size of the system according to customer requirements. However, if it exceeds 30kWh, we generally recommend using a cabinet battery to save space.

8. How long is your production cycle?

A: For the standard product, it takes approximately 20-30 days, and if customized design is required, it takes 35-45 days

How to handle after-sales issues?

A: If it is confirmed that it is our problem and it is within the warranty period, there are three ways to solve it. 1. We will issue a replacement. 2. We will convert it into cash of equal value to supply the customer. 3. If the quantity is large, we can send engineers to repair it.

10. Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: No, we can also make one set. If there is a large quantity, the price will be lower.

11. What export certificates will you provide?

A: We can handle basic transportation certification and certificates required by various countries, as long as there is a quantity, such as KC, PSE certification, etc,

12. What certificates are required for the transportation of batteries? Will you handle the dangerous goods certificate?

A: Batteries are one of the nine major dangerous goods. The following documents are required for exporting normal batteries to China Customs: MSDS, UN38.3, and sea transportation appraisal report. Our products are all high-power batteries, and an additional hazardous packaging certificate is required,

If the customer has a bulk order, we can help them obtain a dangerous goods certificate for free.

13. What are the communication interfaces?

A: We currently have three types of communication interfaces: CAN, RS484, and RS232.

14. How much voltage can you make?
