CuSn6 C5191 CuSn8 C5210 Phosphor Bronze Strip Coil for Electronic Connectors

Scope of application:

1. Phosphor bronze features: strong corrosion resistance, especially to dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and fatty acids. High strength, good elasticity and wear resistance, easy welding and fiber welding, good corrosion resistance and good machinability in air, fresh water and sea water.

2. Application: phosphor bronze is mainly used as wear-resistant parts and elastic components. Computer connectors, mobile phone connectors, high-tech industry connectors, switches, slots, keys, electrical connectors of electronic products, lead frames, vibrators and terminals, etc.

3. Basic composition of phosphor bronze: 2% to 8% tin, 0.1% to 0.4% phosphorus, and other copper alloys of copper
