Instructions for use
1. Clean the surface of the breakage that needs to be repaired, and make a mark.
2.Use a grinding machine to rough the surface of the breakage and the area should be slightly larger than the wound.
3. Apply rubber and hot setting glue evenly on the hairdressing area with a brush.
4.Cut the appropriate size of rubber and paste it on the breakage. If the area of breakage is large, the raw rubber can be used overlapping.
5. Press the hot stamping head on the raw rubber (if possible, put a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber). Put the breakage on the center of the stamping head. And then Compress the screw and fix the tire.
6. Turn on the power switch and the power indicator should be light.
7. Turn on the time switch and set it in the appropriate position. If you do not need the timing mode, you can set it on the manual . At this time, the hot head starts working.
8. At the end of vulcanization, manually turn off the power switch and loosen the tire screw.Then carefully remove the hot head and the tire.
9. The power cord must be grounded safely. It would be better to have a leakage protection switch on the power supply. When replacing the fuse, the power must be cut off.
