The tray of the main arm has the function of transporting multiple arches. The maximum adjustment distance between the arch clamping mechanism of the tray and the inside and outside is 2400mm. The tray has multiple degrees of freedom, making it easy to install and adjust the arch.
The auxiliary arm platform is equipped with an arch dragging device. It allows the main arm to stand on the step arch while also standing on the middle step arch during three step construction. The towing device can tow the arches from any position on the ground to the platform. Moreover, it is more convenient for the docking and bolt connection between the arches.
The linkage mechanism at the end of the main arm can independently install arches on the ground in conjunction with the tray action.
The tray can automatically adjust to the initial set leveling state through sensing devices and self-memory functions. This reduces manual adjustment time and difficulty.
An anti-collision warning system and overload warning and protection system are installed for the boom. The former monitors the coordinates of the boom in real-time and provides warnings for critical collisions. The latter monitors the load distribution at the end of the boom in real-time, and provides equipment overload warning reminders to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
An intelligent fault analysis and diagnosis system monitors and records the operating status of the equipment through various types of sensing devices. When the device malfunctions, it can intelligently diagnose the problem or troubleshoot through remote human-machine interaction mode.

High Security:
The new technology for arch erection has greatly reduced the number of construction personnel required for the product. Now, with only 2-3 operators and 2-3 construction personnel, the arch erection operation is much safer. Additionally, the equipment uses a remote control to lift the multi arch forming frame of Unit A, which is transported by the equipment, to the installation position. Due to the prefabrication of multiple formed arches, including horizontal bars and mesh, it is equivalent to supporting an umbrella-shaped protective net at the tunnel arch top. Thanks to the use of a drag clamping device in the auxiliary arm, the arch frame of Unit B can be placed under the already supported surface, and the construction personnel can hang it. The operator can remotely operate it to lift and position the arch frame of Unit B. All these operations can be completed under the supported surface, making it safer for construction personnel as there're no exposed rock surfaces.
High Economic Efficiency:
Thanks to different construction techniques and environments, the new equipment can save an average of 1-2 hours per work cycle. Calculated based on one work cycle per day, this can add up to 15-30 days saved per year, which significantly improves the efficiency of arch erection operations. Additionally, the equipment only requires a minimum of 3 people and no more than 6 people for operation and construction work. Depending on the surrounding rock conditions and arch size, 5-9 people can be saved, which can save a lot of labor costs annually. The equipment only needs to divide the entire arch frame into three sections, and reduce the number of connecting nodes by 2-6 for each arch frame, according to different working conditions, thus saving the number of connecting plates and bolts. That can lead to significant savings in material costs. Furthermore, the equipment has good mobility and can accommodate both palm faces, which can save more construction personnel.
High Adaptability:
Another advantage of the new equipment is its high adaptability. It can adapt to the construction requirements of single arch, multiple arch frames, including multiple double arch frames and folding arch frames, according to different construction methods. It can also adapt to tunnel construction with different cross-sectional sizes, meeting the construction requirements of large section tunnels such as high-speed rail double track tunnels and four-lane highways, as well as small section tunnels such as flat guide tunnels, transverse tunnels, and inclined shafts. The equipment can adapt to the construction requirements of various construction methods such as full section, half section, micro step, and three-step tunnels.
Multifunctionality (Auxiliary Functions):
