The trolley's four-wheel drive and steering make it durable and easy to maneuver, and the three working arm frames are built to handle heavy loads. The main arm has a unique folding + telescopic structure, making it versatile in creating different arch frames.

The left and right arms come equipped with work platforms and arch dragging and clamping devices, helping the operator position each arch with precision. Features:

Engineering Machine Description

The engineering machine has a chassis that features four-wheel drive, making it great for climbing steep terrain. Additionally, it comes equipped with four-wheel steering, allowing for a small turning radius. This makes it ideal for use in tunnel construction projects.

The main arm of the equipment is designed with a folding and telescoping structure, which can be easily folded back to the frame during transportation and driving. In addition, this main arm can be equipped with multiple arches to transport unit A, making it adaptable to step construction methods and cross-step operations.

The tray of the main arm has a unique function that allows it to transport multiple arches. The maximum adjustment distance between the arch clamping mechanism and the tray is 2400mm. With a spacing of 800mm, the tray can support up to four arches at a time, and it can automatically adjust the arch spacing to adapt to different sizes. The tray also has multiple degrees of freedom, making it easy to install and adjust the arch.

The auxiliary arm platform has an arch dragging device, which allows the main arm to stand on the step arch while standing on the middle step arch during three-step constructions. This platform assists in erecting arches on both sides during half-section or full-section work. The towing device can tow the arches from any position on the ground to the platform, making it easy to dock and connect the arches.

The linkage mechanism at the end of the main arm, in conjunction with the tray action, can independently install arches on the ground. Additionally, the tray can automatically adjust to the initial set leveling state through sensing devices and self-memory functions, reducing manual adjustment time and difficulty.
