Product Description:

Our company has designed the KDTJ-4000L raise borer with the aim of meeting the requirements of the new underground mining technology. This model is equipped with improved rock drilling parameters and a system integration technology that effectively reduces the overall size of the machine.
In order to better adapt to the tunnel environment, the walking part of this model features a track integrated walking technology. This provides the machine with better stability, control, and mobility as it navigates through challenging underground terrain.

Fully Automatic Unloading Rod for Improved Construction Efficiency

The use of a fully automatic unloading rod eliminates the need for manual labor, thereby improving construction efficiency substantially.

Automatic Anti-Deviation Control System for Accurate Drilling

The use of the automatic anti-deviation control system for guide holes leads to accurate drilling by eliminating drilling deviation caused by rock structures and poor manual operation.

Simplified and Programmable Operation

The device comes with remote control and line control for dual-use operation, making it simple to operate. It has also been programed to have minimal human intervention for easy and quick learning. General personnel can operate the machine after minimal training.

Crawler self-propelled with high work efficiency

The device comes with crawler self-propelled walking hence, making it easy to move around with high work efficiency. With high parameter indicators, it comes with a large surplus torque and tension suitable for constructions with a diameter of 4.5 meters.

High Reliability with Imported Components

The electrical and hydraulic components of the device comprise of fully imported parts that lead to a high level of reliability. The hydraulic system is made up of the German Linde hydraulic closed hydraulic system, leading to high hydraulic transmission efficiency and low reactive power.

Flexible and Can Meet Different Needs

The controller has four drill machine types offer different aperture matching operations: 4.0m, 3.5m, 3.0m, and 2.5m. Different gear ranges can be selected for drilling machines to meet the needs of different apertures.

Easy Maintenance and Repairs

The module integrated assembly of the device makes it easy to maintain and repair. The small size of the whole machine also adapts to smaller tunnel conditions.
