Broiler Automatic Chicken Drinking And Feeding System
Products Description
The main function of the feeding line system is to convey the fodder from the hopper into each feeding pan, make sure the eating of the chickens. When the feeding pan is full of feed or feed is eaten up, the level sensor will control the motor open and closed to feed automatically.
Product Features

Complete feeding line system will include the following parts:

1. Hopper : Volume could be customized, galvanized sheet material
2. Feeding Pan: 4 pans/3m; 3pans/3m, different kinds of pan optional
3. Tube with auger: Φ45mm, galvanized sheet material
4. Sensor: Time delay range 0-2 hours
5. Motor : specifcation could be customized
6. Hanging system: In the middle of house, all steel wire

Complete drinking line system will include the following parts:
1. Nipple Drinker: plastic frame and stainless steel nipple drinker, red/yellow/other colors, 15 nipples/3m,
12 nipples/3m
2. Water Pipe: round water pipe,lower possibility of water accumulation
3. Water Regulator : high quality PVC plastic
4. Hanging System: height is adjustable
5. Water Purifier : PP material
Features of nipple
a. Drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which makes drinking easier,never get rusty, leak and make sure water falling smoothly.
b. Provide the right amount of water of the climate and house conditions.
c. Nipple is easy to be disassembled and replaced
d. The service life of stainless steel material with anti-corrosion features can reach more than 10 years
