Main Features

1. The heat transfer coefficient is high, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity can reach 200kg/㎡/h, high thermal effciency.

2. Material heating time is short, between about 5-10 seconds, and work under vacuum conditions, more favorable for heat-sensitive material, maintaining a variety of ingredients does nor produce any decomposition, to ensure product quality.

3. To adapt to a wide range of vicosity, low viscosity materials can handle the material viscosity up to 100,000 CP.

4. Changing the direction of rotation of the blade grooves, you can adjust the material; evaporation time in the enviporator.
