Vertical mill is a grinding equipment widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, cement, chemical, non-metallic minerals, etc.
It is mainly used for grinding and processing materials such as cement raw materials, clinker, power plant desulfurization lime powder, slag powder, manganese ore, gypsum, coal, barite, calcite, etc.
Structural characteristics
It mainly consists of grinding disc, grinding roller, powder selector, pressure device, transmission device, housing and other parts.
Grinding disc: carries materials and carries out grinding process on them.
Grinding roller: Roll and grind the material on the grinding disc.
Powder selector: used to separate qualified fine powder and coarse powder to ensure product fineness.
Pressure device: provides grinding pressure for the grinding roller.
Transmission device: Drive the grinding disc to rotate.
Working principle
The material enters the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port and moves towards the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force. At the same time, the grinding roller crushes and grinds the material under the action of the pressure device. The ground material is brought into the powder selection machine by high-speed airflow, and qualified fine powder is collected as finished products, while coarse powder is returned to the grinding disc for regrinding.
