1.CFD computer fluid analysis software is used to analyze the internal flow field of the separator to make the air flow velocity of different parts of the shell reach the best;
2.On the other hand,the static part is separated from the dynamic part to facilitate the modular installation,and the vibration interference will not occur during the operation;
3.The design of static part is more flat,which can effectively reduce the height of equipment and reduce the cost of civil engineering;effectively extend the residence time of materials,improve the separation efficiency and drying capacity of the static part,and make the flow field distribution more uniform in the static part,so as to reduce the misclassification caused by turbulence and local vortices.
