TOPSPHERE is a series of dry particle polishing and shaping treatment systems dedicated to the surface treatment of microparticles. The material in the device is subjected to complex mechanical forces such as friction and bending during the processing, which changes the particle microstructure. It can quickly achieve spheroidization and polishing of powder, and improve the dispersibility, fluidity, wettability and sintering performance of powder. Its typical application fields include the preparation of raw materials for metal 3D printing, the preparation of raw materials for powder metallurgy, and the polishing and shaping of ceramic precursors.

It can remove small particles adhered to large particles and improve the degree of spheroidization. Replace the environmental gas to prevent the material from contacting with air during the processing, and equip an oxygen meter to monitor the oxygen content to prevent surface oxidation or combustion of metal powder during the processing.
It can realize continuous automated batch production, or manually adjust parameters to achieve customized production. It has sensor data acquisition function, and key data such as environmental parameters (temperature, humidity), equipment working conditions (motor current, speed), and process parameters (pressure, flow rate, temperature) can be collected online. A series of mechanical design adjustments have been made to suit the processing of high specific gravity metal particles.
