Introduction

CG13 powder coating machine is mainly using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, the electrostatic powder spray gun generates high voltage at the front end of the gun after being powered on. The powder is negatively charged after being sprayed from the front of the gun. The charged powder is blown to the surface of the workpiece by high-pressure air, and the workpiece is positively charged, so the powder will be well adsorbed on the surface. After a certain thickness of coating is formed on the surface of the workpiece, the charge will be repelled, and the powder will no longer be adsorbed, so the thickness of the layer is very uniform.

(4) High finishing efficiency. The production practice shows that in the electrostatic spraying continuous flow production line, the running speed of the conveyor belt can reach 24m/min, which is far higher than other spraying lines. The comprehensive economic benefits of electrostatic spraying are particularly obvious for wooden parts such as tables, chairs, frames, etc. that cannot be coated by spraying or roller coating.
