Introduction

This electrostatic powder coating line includes powder coating room, powder recovery system (filter element recovery, cyclone recovery, rapid color change recovery device and automatic spraying machine, etc.), powder curing furnace and conveying chain

Feature
1. The powder coating line does not need thinner, the construction has no pollution to the environment, no toxicity to human body, and the curing time of spray construction is short.
2. The coating has excellent appearance quality, high adhesion and mechanical strength.
3. The process flow is clear, the steps are simple, and the spraying process can be completed in two steps. The technical requirements for workers are low, and the cost is lower than the spraying process. The fallen powder is recycled through the recycling system and can be reused after screening.
4. The wear resistance of the coating is much higher than that of the coating without primer, and there is no common flowing phenomenon in the process of electrostatic powder coating.
