Power and free conveyor is highly automatic and integrative, which can stop individual loads without stopping the entire production line. The main conveyor is moving continuously, but another loading conveyor just move step by step (position: inside the oven, loading & unloading area). The output capacity can be very big if the main conveyor speed is fast, no need to enlarge the oven size. So it takes smaller space than the common tunnel oven design.
1. Power & Free Conveyor Design .Power & Free conveyors are twin-rail systems using a power chain to haul the carriers. The power chain is equipped with evenly spaced rigid dogs, which latch onto the movable cam on the trolley to form an interlocking connection.
2. Stops and contact skids allow the carriers to be automatically stopped, closely buffered and automatically released as required.
3. Carrier spacing and moving speeds are variable and can be set independently for each individual chain circuit.
If needed, P & F conveyors can also be equipped with destination controls, which also provide solutions to complicated distribution, sorting and special task problems.
