Text description of workflow of automated weighing system:
Five kinds of raw materials are manually loaded to the raw material warehouse, and the operator judges the raw material storage situation through the on-site red and green indicator lights.
The red light is the upper limit of feeding, and the green light is the lack of material offline. After all the raw materials are added, the batching program is started, and the system automatically controls the spiral fast feeding.
When the advance amount is reached, it automatically switches to the slow feeding state to ensure its measurement accuracy. Each material will automatically stop after reaching the set value. The system controls all materials to the mixer, and at the same time the mixing is started, the two liquids are added to the proportion set by the security program.
When the materials are fully mixed, the automatic hopper moves to the semi-finished product storage bin, and the mixer is continuously stirred to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing. The quantitative weighing hopper is automatically controlled by the system to give the amount, the weighing hopper is the weighing unit, and the screw conveyor is accurate.
It will stop automatically when the system setting value is reached. At the end of the batching cycle, the system will always be in batching execution state when it does not receive the stop signal! The interval is mechanical or electrical.
