SUS 304 Powder Granulator Machine FZ Series Grinding Stirring 810*445*1345 Mm

1. Main application

(1) Pharmacy: Raw material grinding, wet process of granules, dry material granulation

(2) For those tablets not in requirement, they can be recycled according to the size of particles.

(3) Foodstuff: For the reuse of biscuits

(4) Others: For the grinding and granulation of coarse materials, block materials and agglomerated materials

2. Working method

(1) Raw materials entering the feeding gate will be will fall into coneshaped working chamber and are sheared by rotary knives and mesh surface.

(2) The material is cut into small particles and released from the sieve.

(3) The granule size is decided by the distance of mesh size, rotary knives and sieve as well as the rotary knife speed.
