Installation and Maintenance:

1. The fixed gear can be removed and the pharmaceutical extraction bolt can be removed.

2. To disassemble the bearing, first open the machine cavity, remove the rotating sprocket or rotary knife, remove the retaining ring and hole retaining ring or Mi Gong and the central bearing cap, then remove the outer pulley and bearing cap, respectively. Push out at both ends in the axial direction to remove the bearings and shaft at both ends.
3. During installation, the oil hole of the shaft cavity bushing remains aligned.

4. Install the screen ring, the screen ring must be close to the shoulder groove in the machine cavity, otherwise the screen ring will be damaged when the door is closed.

5. Make the screen ring. The unfolded length of the screen should be based on the inner shoulder circle diameter n of the screen ring plus 12mm undercut length, undercut 5mm.

6. Install the screen: align the markings 00-00 when the two screen rings are joined together, and then press the screen into the inner screen ring. If the screen is too tight, you can press the screen inward and then outward Just push.
