HK series lithium battery forklifts are high quality products developed on the basis of the advantages of "High performance lithium battery system" and "Domestic and imported advanced controllers". The load capacity range is from 1.5Ton to 5.0Ton.

Curtis controller

The trucks are equipped with Curtis controllers.CAN-bus technology makes the diagnostic and trouble shooting easier.The use of proved and certified components helps to ensure the conformity to international safety standards with all the supporting documents available as required by law.

AC maintenance-free drive motor

Adopt maintenance-free and powerful AC drive motor. Compared with traditional DC motors, our AC motors do not need to replace Carbon brushes. Equipped with speed sensor and temperature sensor, greatly improving the AC motor’s reliability.

High performance transmission:

Transmission system uses a horizontal fan-shaped drive axle arranged in parallel with a large transmission ratio. The battery is installed at the bottom of the frame.Traveling motor adopts AC maintenance-free motor.

Smooth travel: ground clearance increased, to adapt to outdoor rough roads;

Flexible turning: turning radius reduced, to allow flexible shuttling in indoor environments such as cold store;

No fear of cold: the battery equipped with standard electric heating module, to ensure normal operation in cold weather;
