385v home circuit surge / surge protector appliance, lightning protection 40KA.
Product introduction
Surge protector is used to protect the line from damage caused by lightning induced voltage, power interference, electrostatic discharge and so on.
The surge protector uses a multilevel protection circuit, selects the brand components, and makes use of advanced production technology. It has the characteristics of low flow residual pressure, sensitive reaction, stable performance, reliable work and so on. It is suitable for family housing, the third industry and industry.
Working principle of product
The lightning arrester can effectively protect the power equipment. Once the abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester will play a protective role.
When the protected device is running under normal working voltage, the arrester will not work, and it will be regarded as a circuit for the ground. Once the high voltage is present and the insulation of the protected equipment is endangered, the lightning arrester acts immediately and leads the high voltage impact current to the earth, thus limiting the amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the electrical equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so that the system can supply electricity normally.
The main function of the lightning arrester is to reduce the voltage value of the protected equipment through the action of parallel discharge gap or nonlinear resistance, and to reduce the voltage value of the protected equipment, so as to protect the power equipment.
Product Installation
With 35mm standard DIN-rail mounting, connecting copper stranded conductor is 2.5~35mm²
At front of spd each pole must be setted protection---used fuse or miniature circuit breaker lightning current SPD protection, after SPD breakdown to short circuit protection.
SPD install on protected line(equipment) to the front and connected to the supply line. A class products install in the building home-entry line hold larger surge current total distribution box. B, C class products most install on the floor distribution box, D class products close to the front-end equipment that smaller surge current, smaller residual voltage place.
Product features
1. tunnel type terminal connection, tighter wiring is more compact.
2. cut off the line when undervoltage occurs, and reset automatically after restoration.
3. Easy to install with small sizes
4. copper fittings have good electrical conductivity

Notice of product
1. it should match the working voltage of the protected equipment. Please install according to the installation sketch.
2. lightning protector's input port (IN) is connected to the signal channel, and the output terminal (OUT) is connected with the input end of the protected device, so it can't connect with the signal.
3. when installing, pay attention to the cable entering and leaving the surge protector. The cables should be separated to avoid the two coupling of surge.
4. in order to limit the inductive coupling between the protected part after installation and the part of the unprotected equipment, we need to make some measurements. The mutual inductance can be reduced by the separation of the inductive source and the sacrificial circuit, the selection of the loop angle and the limitation of the closed loop area.
