Product introduction
Surge protector is a lightning protection measure taken by Zhejiang toer Electric Co., Ltd. for its own development and production of electrical system. It is designed and manufactured according to IEC and GB standards, and meets IEEE802.3AT requirements, and is widely used in home housing, third industry and industrial fields to avoid induced lightning and electrostatic discharge from the system. Structure and Principle
SPD is a port, shocking protection, indoor-mounted installation, voltage-limited.
SPD hold disconnector inside, when SPD breakdown failure by over heating, the disconnector can remove from the power grid automatically, and show indication signal. When SPD is working properly, visible window display green, it display red when it breakdown and disconnect.
1P+N,2P+N,3P+N SPD consist of 1P,2P,3P SPD+NPE zero ground protection module, apply to TN-S, TN-C-S and other power supply system.
Working principle of product
The lightning arrester can effectively protect the power equipment. Once the abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester will play a protective role. When the protected device is running under normal working voltage, the arrester will not work, and it will be regarded as a circuit for the ground.
Once the high voltage is present and the insulation of the protected equipment is endangered, the lightning arrester acts immediately and leads the high voltage impact current to the earth, thus limiting the amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the electrical equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so that the system can be supplied normally.
. The main function of the arrester is to reduce the voltage value of the protected equipment by the action of parallel discharge gap or nonlinear resistance, so as to protect the power equipment.

2.The PE line of the lightning arrester must be reliably connected with the ground wire of the lightning protection system, and the connection line is short, thick and straight.
3. this product needs no special maintenance. The lightning arrester should be checked regularly, especially in the thunderstorm season and the whole thunderstorm period. When the system fails to suspect the lightning arrester, the lightning arrester can be dismantled and rechecked. If the system is restored to normal after the restoration to the state before use, the lightning arrester has been damaged and must be replaced immediately.
