working principle
The control signal surge protector is connected in series with the front end of the protected device. When the transmission line is subjected to induced lightning and other transient overvoltage surges, the inrush current is discharged to the earth through the protection branch of the surge protector, and the output is output. The voltage is clamped to the voltage range allowed by the device, thus ensuring the safety of the operating equipment.
Use attention
1. Look for the input/output interface identification of the lightning arrester, and input the external line and output connection equipment;
2. The grounding wire stress should be short, thick and straight to reduce the influence of distributed inductance on the discharge of lightning pulse electromagnetic pulse capability;
3. Industrial control signal lightning protection grounding should be connected to the ground through an electronic switch.
4. Check the grounding resistance of the grounding network before connecting the protector to the system, which should meet the requirements of the specification.
