Angular contact bearing is a type of ball bearing that can be customized according to size, ranging from 30mm to 150mm. It is composed of either bearing steel or stainless steel, with different grades available such as p5, p4, p2 and p0. Different cage materials such as nylon, brass, stamped steel and bakelite are also available.
Angular contact ball bearing is optional and can be either C, A or B depending on the contact angle. The connection line between the steel ball and the ball bearing and the contact point of thA inner and outer rings forms an angle with the radial direction. The contact angles are generally divided into 15°, 30° and 40° for C, A and B, respectively. The greater the contact angle, the higher the load capacity.
Angular contact bearing can either be made of steel, brass or engineering plastic. The method of molding, either stamping or turning, is selected according to the bearing form or use conditions. There are also other types of angular contact ball bearings such as combined angular contact ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings and four-point contact ball bearings.
Angular contact ball bearings are mainly used in industrial machinery such as machine tool spindles, electromechanical equipment, welding machines and other mechanical equipment.
