  • Material: SKD61 is used there. Most of the materials are available, and related certificate of material and hot treatment can be also provided.
  • Hardness: 40- 45 HRC
  • Close Tolerance: 0.001- 0.005mm as our customers’ needs.
  • Engineering: CAD/ CAM, Pro/E, solid works, UG and Auto CAD
  • Processing: Pure grinding for the precision mold part. Don't look at this part that there is only one kind of machining. In fact, it's difficult to process.
