Heat treatment process: Nitriding treatment, vacuum treatment
Hardness: Internal hardness HRC50°-52° Surface hardness: HV900° or more
Features: Strong surface hardness, anti-wear and corrosion resistance. The internal hardness is strong and the toughness is good. It is suitable for die-casting molds, injection molds, and molds with a high temperature working environment of 600 degrees.
Can be customized according to customer design requirements.
