1. Mold Design
Design is the foundation of mold manufacturing, including Product DFM Analysis (Design for Manufacturability) to ensure a reasonable structure and efficient production. Use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to design the 3D model of the mold. Then use CAE software (such as Moldflow) to simulate injection molding, optimize mold design, and ensure molding quality and efficiency.
2. Material selection
Mold manufacturing starts with Material Preparation, The materials we used in our molds are imported material P20, 718, S136, 440C, H13 etc, ensure the service life of the mold.
