Quality Control

GOM company believe quality like a blood in our body, so the quality good or no will decide the company destiny.

GOM make great effort to produce high quality part.

We know that want to get high qualiy part must follow ISO 9001 on quality system strictly.

Even more GOM have build a own quality control system basis to ISO 9001.

We have quality control system for tool and injection molding separately.

Tool quality control:

--- Follw customer RFQ information to know the injection molding quantity and plastic material to choose suitable steel.

--- Make DFM report to get the optimum 3D part drawing and make Moldflow analyze to get optimum gate side and type.

--- Follow customer tool design standard and our experience to design optimum structure

--- Accoding to the lead time to make mchining schedule and to arrange milling with corresponding procedure.

--- Inspection for every procedure and let it can go smoothly.

--- Before trial out to check everything have done.

--- During trial out to verify the tool function if it 100% close to desgin.

--- After trial out make part measurement by CMM.

--- Optimize the tool and close all point.

--- Shipping out the tool with design document and user operation instruction.

Part Production control:

--- Arrange correct plastic material with correct color and dry it follow the material data sheet.

--- Check the tool and follow user operation instruction to put it on the injection machine.

--- Follow injecton report which provide tool maker to set up the parameter.

--- After parameter stable, should done the CPK and pass it.

--- everything is done start to make mass producion.

--- During production should inspection the part regularly and make the QA record.

--- Packing need clssify and labelling make sure everything follow ISO9001.

--- Need put it in stoage and statistic crearly.
