Our custom CNC machining service operates within the realm of the prevalent subtractive
manufacturing technology, CNC machining. This method stands out as the go-to solution for
crafting tailor-made metal and plastic parts essential for prototyping and production applications.
Employing CAD modeling software and G-code, CNC milling and CNC turning machines
meticulously remove material from solid workpieces with a combination of precision and speed.
The outcome is the production of robust components featuring precise tolerances and a wide
spectrum of material properties, encompassing both mechanical and chemical attributes.
Designed to excel in one-off projects and low-to-medium volume production, our service
benefits from the efficiencies brought about by automation and high repeatability.
Product Details
CNC machines excel at cutting a wide range of materials, including aluminum, bronze, copper,
ceramics, plywood, various steel types, stone, wood, zinc, and numerous engineering materials.
This versatility makes them perfect for crafting prototypes during product development.
With CNC milling, you can easily fine-tune and make precise adjustments until you achieve the
desired final product, offering accuracy and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Specialist Industries
Turning, a precision manufacturing technique, is adept at producing rotational, axi-symmetric
parts featuring intricate details such as holes, grooves, threads, tapers, and contoured surfaces.
Its proficiency shines in crafting limited-quantity items, particularly custom-designed shafts and
fasteners utilized in prototypes. Furthermore, turning serves as a valuable complementary process,
enabling the addition or refinement of features to parts manufactured through alternative methods.
Notable examples of products shaped through turning include camshafts, crankshafts, baseball bats,
bowls, cue sticks, signboards, musical instruments, and the legs of tables and chairs.

FAQ's
1. How does compare to other suppliers on price?
Unlike Chinese suppliers who often compete on price, We chooses a different approach.
While our prices may not be the lowest, we prioritize delivering the highest levels of quality,
rapid response, and professional results, setting us apart in the market.
2. How quickly can I get my parts?
For quality parts, a turnaround time of as little as two weeks is possible when complete 2D and
3D CAD models are provided. Parts with more complexity or special features may take longer.
To obtain precise lead times for your project, request a quote.
In terms of shipping, the majority of our shipments use air freight, ensuring delivery within a
few days from China to Europe or North America.
3. What tolerances can achieve?
Tolerance specifications are not one-size-fits-all and are influenced by factors like part size,
design geometry, the number and size of features, material properties, surface finish, and the
manufacturing process.
Upon order confirmation, a Design for Manufacturing review is conducted to pinpoint areas for
potential modification to enhance manufacturability. Clearly indicating critical tolerance areas in
your design is beneficial, allowing for adjustments to streamline production time and costs.
General tolerance guidelines are available for CNC machining in metal and plastic, plastic injection
molding, CNC metals and plastic injection molding materials, metal 3D printing (+/- 0.5mm),
and an expected shrinkage rate of +/- 0.15% for vacuum casting.
It is imperative to specify all manufacturing and technical requirements clearly in the 2D drawings
for accurate adherence.
4. How does you ensure the quality of my parts?
Upon confirmation of your order, a detailed Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review is carried out to
identify any potential issues affecting part quality. All incoming materials are meticulously inspected
and verified using a suite of testing equipment.
Final inspection reports are generated as part of our pre-shipment quality check.
Furthermore, we offer the option to share inspection data in real-time, enabling collaborative efforts
to address any quality concerns that may emerge during production.
