Our custom CNC machining service operates through the prevalent subtractive manufacturing
technology, CNC machining, making it an optimal choice for the fabrication of personalized metal
and plastic parts suitable for prototyping and production applications.
The process involves the use of CAD modeling software and G-code to guide CNC milling and
CNC turning machines in the precise removal of material from solid workpieces.
This results in the creation of robust components characterized by tight tolerances and a diverse
range of material properties, encompassing both mechanical and chemical aspects.
The service is particularly well-suited for individual projects and productions with moderate
volumes, leveraging the advantages of automation and high repeatability.

FAQ's
1. Does you provide export molds?
Absolutely, we offer export molds. However, it's important to understand that our tooling is crafted
to be in line with our Modular Unit Dies (MUD). This means that the tools come in a standardized
base size, and customers need to be prepared to receive tools of that size to fit into their machines.
2. Do you offer Quick-Turn CNC Machining?
Indeed! Our Quick-Turn CNC Machining services provide fast lead times for parts, with many
available within 3-4 days. We also offer an expedite option, and our team is dedicated to working
closely with you to meet your most pressing deadlines.
3. Can passivate my parts?
Passivation is a treatment designed to change the surface chemistry of select metals. We offer
passivation services to provide corrosion protection, improve durability, enhance aesthetics, and more.
4. What are the minimum and maximum dimensions you can machine?
CNC Machining Capabilities: Dimensions and Recommendations:
Our CNC machining services encompass both milling (3-axis, 3+2-axis, and 5-axis) and turning
processes. For 3/3+2-axis CNC milling, we can machine parts with dimensions up to
2000 x 1500 x 200 mm (78.7 x 59.0 x 7.8 in.).
In the case of 5-axis milling, the maximum part size is 650 x 650 x 300 mm (25.5 x 25.5 x 11.8 in.).
When it comes to CNC turning, we can handle parts with a maximum diameter of 431 mm (17 in.)
and a length of 990 mm (39 in.). For smaller parts, we recommend a minimum size of around
10 x 10 x 10 mm (0.39 x 0.39 x 0.39 in.).
Additionally, feature dimensions should not fall below 0.5 mm. Please note that our platform is limited
to a maximum size of 1000 mm (39 in.) for parts. If you have requirements beyond this limit, feel free
to contact our sales team for specialized assistance.
