Milling Parts Stainless Steel Machining Parts
Custom CNC machining is a widely embraced subtractive manufacturing technique,
highly regarded for its ability to craft tailor-made metal and plastic components, suitable for both
prototyping and production requirements.
By harnessing CAD (computer-aided design) modeling software in tandem with G-code, CNC milling
and CNC turning machines efficiently remove material from solid workpieces with remarkable
precision and efficiency.
CNC machines excel in producing robust parts characterized by strict tolerances and a wide array
of exceptional material properties, encompassing both mechanical and chemical attributes.
Our customized CNC machining service is ideally suited for individual projects and medium-volume
production runs, leveraging automation and a high level of reproducibility.
Product Details
The cnc machining process predominantly employs metals as its primary materials.
These metals encompass alloy steel, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper,
magnesium, and zinc.
Nonetheless, this versatile process can also be applied to machine plastic components and work
with an array of other materials, including ceramics, composites, thermoplastics, and thermosets.

FAQ's
1. Can make design drawings for me?
While we do not offer standalone product design services,
we do provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for all approved orders.
This means we collaborate with our clients to optimize their 2D and 3D drawings, enhancing
manufacturability, resolving design issues, and reducing production expenses.
Learn more about preparing your CAD drawings for manufacturing.
2. What type of design files does We accept for quoting?
To ensure accurate and prompt quotations, we exclusively accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP, or
IGES formats. For 2D drawings with reference dimensions, please provide them in PDF format.
Complete manufacturing information should be included in this technical documentation.
Please note that informal communication via SMS, Skype, email, etc., will not be considered
acceptable for manufacturing purposes.
3. How long does a quotation take?
Typically, we aim to respond to your Request for Quotation (RFQ) within one days after receiving it.
If there is any unexpected delay in providing the quote, we will promptly notify you of the revised
timeline.
4. How do I know my design will be kept confidential?
Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your designs.
We are more than willing to sign and uphold any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement
you require.
Furthermore, our factory strictly enforces a "no photographs" policy for any customer's product
without explicit permission.
Our reputation is built on years of experience, working with countless unique designs, and
safeguarding proprietary information from third-party disclosure.
Your design's confidentiality is our priority.
