FAQ's
1. What tolerance standards do you guarantee?
We assure that our factory adheres to ISO 2768 standards for all CNC machined parts. For parts
machined with metals, we strictly follow ISO 2768-m (medium) or ISO 2768-f (fine) standards.
In the case of parts machined with plastics, we comply with 2768-m (medium) standards.
While geometric tolerances as tight as ± 0.0004 inches (0.010 mm) are attainable, it is imperative
that they are clearly specified in the technical drawings.
We can achieve even finer tolerances on shafts, with up to H7 fits, through manual quoting and,
on occasion, even tighter ones.
2. What are the minimum and maximum dimensions you can machine?
We offer a wide range of CNC machining services, including CNC milling (3-axis, 3+2-axis, and 5-axis)
and turning.
When it comes to milled parts, our capabilities extend to dimensions of up to 2000 x 1500 x 200 mm
(78.7 x 59.0 x 7.8 in.)
for 3/3+2 axis CNC milling, while for 5-axis milling, the maximum part size accommodated is
650 x 650 x 300 mm (25.5 x 25.5 x 11.8 in.).
For CNC turning, we can handle parts with a maximum diameter of 431mm (17 in.) and a length
of 990 mm (39 in.).
On the smaller end, we recommend minimum part dimensions of around 0.39 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches
(10 x 10 x 10mm), with a minimum feature dimension of 0.5 mm.
3. What if I am not completely satisfied with the parts I receive?
We stand by the quality of our materials and workmanship, adhering to the terms outlined in the original
order and the information provided by you. If there are any disputes arising from subjective judgments,
we encourage you to bring them to our management's attention.
We are committed to working in good faith to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our ongoing success is
dependent on earning your trust in our ability to meet and even surpass your reasonable expectations.
