This is a three-plates mold designed with LKM standard, the pin point gate turns to the side gate; the sprue bushing is set in center of mold base; the molded part has stable high quality and needs no post-processing, greatly reducing labor costs. A surface polished to 600# sandpaper, and the secondary surface EDM with Charmilles VDI21#, with smooth cavity surface. Harden the cavity and core with 1*4/S136 to have higher hardness and anti-wearing performance. Smooth runner and stable cavity pressure ensure the molded part has smooth surface and clear details w/o burrs |
