Description

VR Rear Shell Ring (1*2)

No.22731-C

The mold is constructed using a standard mold base with the part number FCI2530.608080. Its dimensions are 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 306mm in height. The mold weighs 166kg and has a tool life of 500,000 shots.

This particular mold is a three-plate mold that incorporates a cold runner system and a side gate design, which replaces the previous pin point gate. The design of this mold allows for easy demolding without requiring any post-processing.
