The Advanced Dual-Plate Mold This precision-engineered dual-plate mold follows standard GCI3540.90120100 dimensions and LKM mold specifications. Measuring 400mm x 400mm x 386mm, it features 8 lifting slides and a side-gated nozzle. The two-plate design separates to release molded parts. The meticulously designed cold runner minimizes gate marks, while mirror-finish EDM at VDI 10# achieves a high gloss and low roughness for molded components. As a result, parts release smoothly without sticking. Injection steel is Harden grade (1*1/S136) for durability. Core, inserts, ejectors and sprue bush are over 40HRC steel for wear-resistance after surface hardening. This enables up to 500,000 shot lifespan with stable cavity pressure. Molded PC parts measure 130.92 X 165.60 X 62.06mm, weighing 10g each. Uniform thickness, smooth surfaces and clear details lack bubbles, flows or gas marks. |
