This mold is constructed on a standard mold base and adheres to industry-standard specifications, guaranteeing reliability and consistency.

Features:

Meticulously crafted on a standard GCI3540.90120100 mold base in strict adherence to the esteemed LKM mold standard. Its dimensions stand at an impressive 400mm in length, 400mm in width, and 386mm in height. Noteworthy features include slide and 8 lifters, along with a side gate, seamlessly transitioning from the pin point gate. This exemplar of engineering prowess is a two-plate mold, elegantly designed with two main plates that part ways to release the meticulously formed part.
The design of the cold runner system is a testament to precision, effectively minimizing gate marks, while the surface, meticulously crafted through mirror EDM with VDI 10#, achieves a lustrous finish with minimal roughness, ensuring the molded part remains free of any adhesion.
The injection/runner steel, Harden (1*1/S136), embodies the pinnacle of strength and durability. The core, sub-inserts, movable inserts, ejector rod, and sprue bush, all forged from steel with a hardness surpassing 40HRC, undergo a meticulous surface hardening process, resulting in a mold of unparalleled hardness and exceptional anti-wear performance. With a tool life of up to 500K shots and stable cavity pressure, the molded part boasts uniform thickness, a flawlessly smooth surface, and intricate details, devoid of any imperfections such as gas marks, bubbles, or flow marks. The part material, PC, measures 130.92 X 165.60 X 62.06mm, with a weight of 10g.
