The CNC cylindrical grinding machine is pre-programmed according to the processing requirements, and the control system issues numerical information instructions for processing. It is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical outer surfaces.

CNC cylindrical grinding machines generally have the characteristics of generalization, high degree of modularization, high precision, high rigidity, high efficiency and high adaptability.

According to different types of CNC cylindrical grinders, it is suitable for batch processing of related parts in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, air compressors, bearings, military industry, aviation, and aerospace.

CNC cylindrical grinding machine is composed of bed, worktable, grinding wheel frame, head frame, tail frame and other components.

1. Bed and workbench

The bed adopts large round holes and shark-fin-shaped ribs. After long-term use, the dynamic and static stiffness of the machine tool are both good.

The working table is divided into upper and lower tables, which can grind the conical surface. The guide rails of the bed and the worktable are made of plastic-coated guide rails, which have a small friction coefficient. The worktable is directly driven by the servo motor to move the ball screw, and the movement is stable and reliable.

2. Grinding wheel frame

The linear speed of the grinding wheel is less than 35m/s, and the grinding efficiency is high. The bearing of the grinding head is a three-tile dynamic pressure bearing with a large wrap angle, and the rotation accuracy is high. The movement of the grinding wheel frame (X direction) is directly driven by the servo motor and ball screw, and the minimum resolution is 0.0005mm.

3. Head frame

The rotation of the head frame dial is driven by the frequency conversion speed regulation of the motor to drive the pulley, and the dial rotates. The dial speed is 40-500r/min stepless variable speed, so as to adapt to the grinding of workpieces with different diameters, different materials and different requirements.

4. CNC box and electric cabinet

There is an independent CNC operation box with LCD display, machine operation buttons, 1um level band compensation switch, manual pulse generator, etc.

5. End surface measuring instrument and radial measuring instrument

When the CNC cylindrical grinding machine has a radial measuring instrument, the measured value is automatically input into the CNC system, and the CNC system sends a signal to make the X-direction servo motor rotate, drive the ball screw to a given position, and make the size of the grinding workpiece meet the requirements stably. Position, batch grinding workpiece size dispersion is less than 0.003mm.
