^{A: The common payments are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C and Paypal.}

^{A. Sure, We are willing to work with customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of new ideas and we would advise materials, tooling and cost for our customers.}

^{A. Materials’ selection depends on the application of your design and the scenario of using. We will discuss with your designers and give our suggestion.}

^{Q6: What is the lead time of component?}

^{A : It depends on the quantity of the orders and process. Normally, the lead time is 10~15 days.}

^{Q7: How to proceed an order for mold parts and machined parts?}

^{A: Firstly, let us know your requirements (send us drawings or samples)}

^{Secondly, We will quote according to your requirements.}

^{Thirdly, you should confirm the samples and paid the deposit for formal order.}

^{Lastly, We arrange the production and ship the products out after inspection}

^{Q8: How to ensure the plastic mold parts quality meet our requirement before shipping?}

^{A : We have professional QC department to inspect all products before shipment and we can provide the quality inspect reports if you need. In addition, you can invite a third party to our factories for inspection.}

^{Q9: How will you ship the products and how long does it take to arrive?}

^{A: If shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it will take 3~5 days to arrive. Airline and ocean shipping are your options. In addition, you can provide your forwarder’s information and we will work with forwarders to ship the goods.}
