This part is a non-standard mechanical part from automation industry. The processing machines for this part are CNC machining center, grinder and marking machine. Each transition radian Angle in the diagram can increase the strength of the part, we paid attention to the geometric tolerance of two holes. The tolerance of groove width and groove depth is ±0.01mm.The overall surface finish of the part is RA0.08, so we use a precision surface grinder to grind the plane part. After finishing machining and testing on the surface of the parts, we will conduct blackening surface treatment. Finally mark the numbers with laser marking machine according to drawing requirement.
