This is a precision CNC machining lathe parts, is a custom product.This product is mainly used in the mold industry.S136 material, with good polishing properties.The inner hole finish requires RA0.8, so we use precision inner grinding equipment for processing;The finish of outside diameter is above RA0.8. After heat treatment, we use external grinding equipment for processing.

The groove shown in the picture is used for installing the sealing ring. In order to ensure the life of the sealing ring, the finish and dimensional tolerance of the groove should be strictly guaranteed.
